IcyArcanine provides web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and related digital services. The specific terms for each project will be detailed in individual service agreements or contracts.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement:

• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables
• IcyArcanine retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio
• All pre-existing intellectual property remains with its respective owners
• Third-party assets used are subject to their respective licenses

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual project agreements. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before project commencement
• Progress payments may be required at project milestones
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Project Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as detailed in the project agreement. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your project details, business information, or any sensitive data to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

IcyArcanine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In such cases:

• Client is responsible for payment for work completed
• Any deposits may be non-refundable
• Completed deliverables may be provided upon full payment

9. Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty on all delivered work for bug fixes related to the original specifications. This does not cover issues arising from third-party services, client modifications, or new feature requests.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
